Ben Wong

Ben Wong is an experienced accounting professional with a background in corporate accounting and property management. Currently serving as Assistant Controller in Corporate Accounting at Rexford Industrial since February 2015, Ben has held various roles within the company, reflecting a progressive career in financial management. Prior to joining Rexford, Ben held positions at Avison Young as a Senior Property Accountant and at CohnReznick LLP as a Senior Auditor, demonstrating expertise in audits, financial analysis, and client relations. Earlier experience includes roles at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, Novogradac & Company, CB Richard Ellis, and Waterworks Aquatics, showcasing a strong foundation in real estate accounting, property management, and team leadership. Ben holds a B.A. in International Studies from UC Irvine.
