Carlos Serra

Carlos Serra is the current Executive Vice President of Development and Construction at Rexford Industrial. Prior to this, they worked as Managing Director at JLL from January 2013 to December 2019, where they were responsible for establishing and executing the strategic direction, operations, budgets, cash flow, revenues, and profitability of the business. From January 2011 to December 2013, they worked as Director at AECOM, heading up the project and cost management business for the west region. Carlos has been recognized as a business influencer and is in the top 1% of LinkedIn profiles from 50,000+ JLL employees.

Carlos Serra studied Quantity Surveying at Northumbria University, where they obtained a BSc(Hons) degree. Carlos then worked in the construction industry for several years before returning to academia to pursue a career in Real Estate Economics.
