Victoria García has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Victoria began their career as a Quality Control Technician at a Cosmetic Pharmaceutical Company in Seville in 2002. After that, they worked as a Pharmacy visits for Difaer, Pharmaceutical Distribution from 2003 to 2004. In 2001, they became a Pharmacist in charge at a Local Drug Store in Seville where they worked until 2005.

In 2006, Victoria joined Merck Sharp & Dohme International Services B.V. as a Clinical Research Associate and later moved to INC Research in 2007 for the same role. Victoria worked as a Clinical Research Associate at INC Research until 2015.
