Nicolas Andrade Rojas

Nicolas Andrade Rojas is a seasoned Product Owner with expertise in organizational climate surveys and performance evaluation modules. Currently at Rex+ since January 2022, Nicolas oversees the Climate Module application, focusing on various surveys related to workplace engagement, safety culture, and internal client assessments. Prior to this role, Nicolas served as a Product Owner at Mandomedio from September 2018 to January 2022, managing the +DO platform and ensuring developments met client needs, alongside work as a consultant in organizational development. Nicolas began professional experience with an internship in psychology at Grupo GBE in 2017. Educational qualifications include a Diplomado in Management and Organizational Innovation from Universidad de Chile.
