Wesley Burnett, CEcD, MPA, currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Rextac LLC, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Wesley spent nearly three years as the Director of Community Relations at Nacero Inc. and five years as the Director of Economic Development at the Odessa Chamber of Commerce. Wesley's extensive experience in economic development includes significant tenures at the Andrews Economic Development Corporation and the Odessa Development Corporation, focusing on business retention, expansion programs, and community economic strategies. Early career experiences include leadership roles at the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce and the UT Permian Basin EDA University Center. Wesley holds a Master of Public Administration from The University of Texas Permian Basin and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the same institution, supplemented by education at the University of Oklahoma's Economic Development Institute.
