Claudia Quintanilla A.

Claudia Quintanilla Amorós has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Claudia is currently the COO & Co-Founder of Rextie, a leading digital currency exchange platform in Peru. Prior to this, Claudia served as the Vice President of Aliados y Gremios at ASOCIACION FINTECH DEL PERU in 2020. Claudia also held the position of Corporate IT Manager at Grupo SURA, where they managed technology for various business lines. Claudia has expertise in virtual channels management, operations, sourcing, facilities, and risk analysis. Claudia has worked at AFP Integra and Mibanco, banco de la Microempresa, where they held supervisory roles in IT risk and information security analysis. In addition to their corporate experiences, Claudia actively contributed to the advancement of women in science and technology as a member of the Comité Pro Mujer en Ciencia y Tecnología at Concytec Perú. In 2022, Claudia started another entrepreneurial journey as a Startup Founder at Fintech Cadence.

Claudia Quintanilla Amorós has a diverse education history. Claudia studied Systems Engineering at the Universidad de San Martín de Porres from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained an Engineer's degree. In 2001, they pursued an Especialización in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management at the same university. Continuing their education, Claudia completed an Alta Especialización en Negocios Electrónicos, specializing in electronic business, at ESAN from 2002 to 2003. Claudia then obtained a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI in 2010, enhancing their knowledge in project management. Lastly, Claudia pursued an Stanford Innovation and Entrepreneurship Certificate at Stanford University from 2013 to 2015, expanding their skills in innovation and entrepreneurship.
