Firman Fadila

Firman Fadila has a wealth of experience in the business industry. In 2015, they began their career as a Bancassurance Specialist at PT BNI Life Insurance. Later that year, they joined Allianz as a Sales Management Trainee and a Product Development Senior Officer. In 2016, they moved to PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk as a Senior Relationship Officer. In 2017, they returned to Allianz as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and a Digital Transformation Analyst - Product Owner. In this role, they served as a product owner in the scrum framework, built KPI for business users, and more. In 2022, they moved to Sea as a Project Management and in 2023, they joined Rey.id as a Strategic Business.

Firman Fadila obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (UNPAR) between 2004 and 2014. Firman also holds several certifications, such as the Allianz Gold Award from Allianz Indonesia in 2021, the Allianz Silver Award from Allianz Indonesia in 2020, the Allianz Gold Award from Allianz Indonesia in 2019, Scrum: The Basics from LinkedIn in 2019, and certified general insurance from AAMAI in 2016.
