Caleb House

Caleb House is an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Reyco Granning Suspensions LLC since April 2016, leading teams to improve product implementation, safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. Notable achievements include significant reductions in quality infraction fees through a series of DMAIC projects and the establishment of a lean culture via various initiatives. Caleb has a solid foundation in manufacturing engineering, having also served as a Manufacturing Engineer and intern, where notable contributions included substantial cost savings and process improvements. Educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology and an Associate of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Missouri Southern State University, along with degrees in Bivocational Christian Ministry and certifications in Computer Aided Drafting & Design.
