Justin Kass

Justin Kass, MBA has extensive experience in the beverage industry. Justin currently holds the position of Vice President of Sales at Reyes Beverage Group, where they are responsible for leading the sales team. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Sales On Premise at Reyes Beverage Group.

Before joining Reyes Beverage Group, Justin worked at Republic National Distributing Company as the Vice President of On Premise for the Washington region. During their time there, they achieved impressive results, including gaining over 3,000 new item placements and driving significant growth in GP% and depletions.

Earlier in their career, Justin held various roles at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits. Justin served as the Regional Sales Director for North Texas, where they oversaw the commercial capability of their region and managed a portfolio of 900+ retail accounts. Justin also worked as the Director of Wine for Northern California, where they led management meetings and assisted in profit margin growth. Additionally, they served as the Director of Trade Development, where they planned and executed sales promotion and marketing programs.

Justin began their career at Southern Wine and Spirits of Colorado, where they held positions as a Key Account Spirits Specialist and an On-Premise Sales Consultant.
