Leslie Cruise has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over multiple industries. Starting in 2004, Leslie worked at Dennen Steel Corp as a Human Resource Assistant before being promoted to Human Resource Manager from 2006 to 2008. Following this, they joined Superior Manufacturing Group as the HR Manager responsible for various HR activities, including compensation, benefits, compliance, recruitment, and safety. In 2012, they moved to Car Outlet | Total Finance, a subsidiary of Marubeni Corporation, where they served as the Director of Human Resources, overseeing HR and talent acquisition for multiple locations. In 2016, Leslie joined Reinhart Foodservice as the Corporate HR Director before transitioning to Reyes Beverage Group in 2020. At Reyes Beverage Group, they held the role of Director of Human Capital before being promoted to Vice President of Human Resources for the RBD Corporate division in July 2021.

Leslie Cruise received a Masters of Human Resources & Labor Relations from Michigan State University School of Human Resources and Labor Relations from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, Leslie obtained a BBA in General Business with an emphasis in Human Resources from Grand Valley State University, spanning from 2001 to 2004. Leslie's high school education was completed at Traverse City Central High School. Leslie also holds additional certifications such as SHRM-CP from SHRM obtained in August 2015, and PHR - Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute obtained in August 2007.
