Christy Meijer has over two decades of experience in human resources. Christy currently works as the Vice President of Human Resources Operations at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, where they lead a team and manages various HR functions. Prior to this, Christy served as the Director of Human Resources for the US Sales & Operations in California and Nevada at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, where they supported a large market unit and implemented strategic HR plans. Before joining Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, they worked as a Senior Manager of Human Resources for the City of Simi Valley. Christy also has extensive experience with Safeway and Vons, where they held various HR roles and was responsible for training and development programs.

Christy Meijer, MAHRM, PHR completed a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management at Concordia University-St. Paul. Christy also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, PR/ Multi Media from California State University, Northridge. Additionally, they received a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in May 2010.
