Elmira Dabeca-Cervantes, MBA, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist at Derick Dermatology from September 2022 to January 2024 and as a Human Resources Assistant at Physicians Immediate Care between January 2022 and September 2022. Elmira began a career in human resources as an intern at Harmony Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center, where employment lasted from August 2021 to January 2022. Elmira holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from North Park University, earned in December 2023, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Management with a Business Minor, completed in May 2022 at the same institution.
