Michael Dragan

Michael Dragan, MBA, C.P.M. has a diverse work experience primarily in procurement and sourcing roles. Michael currently holds the position of Director Procure to Pay Business Process at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling. Prior to that, they worked at Hollister Incorporated in various roles such as Senior Manager Global Source to Pay and Indirect Sourcing, Senior Manager Global Procurement and Contract Manufacturing, and Global Manager Strategic Sourcing. Michael also has experience as an Assistant Value Stream Manager and Purchasing Team Lead at Hollister Incorporated. Before joining Hollister Incorporated, Michael worked as a Senior Buyer at Shur-Line and MSL. Michael started their career as a Strategic Buyer at Osram Sylvania, where they successfully implemented cost reduction strategies, qualified new suppliers, and managed inventory.

Michael Dragan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University between 1994 and 1999. Michael later pursued a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Behavior Studies at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified Purchasing Manager from the Institute for Supply Management and as a Master Green Belt in Lean & Six Sigma from Hollister Incorporated.
