Mitul Shah has extensive work experience in various industries such as beverage distribution, toy manufacturing, and management consulting. Mitul began their career at Towers Perrin, where they served as a Senior Associate and project manager during a merger integration. Mitul then worked at CIGNA Retirement & Investment Services as a Summer Associate.

Afterward, Mitul joined Unilever as an Associate Finance Manager, where they directed business planning and financial forecasting for the Country Crock Margarine brand team. Mitul then moved to Mars as a Business Planning Segment Manager, responsible for managing business planning and financial forecasting for the Pet Food division.

Mitul's next role was at The Wonderful Company, where they served as the Director / General Manager of POM Wonderful Health Products. Mitul provided general management for the health-focused product line and led various initiatives, including business development and product launches.

Following that, Mitul worked as an Independent Consultant, providing management consulting services to clients in industries such as health/wellness, consumer goods, and retail. Mitul evaluated business acquisition opportunities and focused on new product development, market research, sales & marketing strategy, and financial evaluation.

Mitul then joined Mattel, Inc. as a Senior Manager, Strategic Planning, overseeing the Pricing Center of Excellence and advising the organization on pricing strategies. Mitul later became the Director of Global Brand Team - Financial Planning & Analysis and Director of Global FP&A - Overhead and Capital Planning, where they led teams responsible for financial planning and budget management.

Most recently, Mitul Shah joined Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling as the Vice President of Field Operations Finance. In this role, they lead the West and Midwest Field Operations Finance teams, responsible for the management, planning, and forecasting of a multi-billion dollar P&L. Mitul also played an integral role in the design and implementation of strategic compensation structures and incentive programs to improve productivity and drive cost efficiencies.

Mitul Shah received their Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business in 1999. Mitul then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance at The Wharton School from 2002 to 2004.
