Before that, they worked at Navigant Consulting, Inc. as a Senior Consultant and at Arthur Andersen LLP as a Consultant.

Nehal Desai completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at Miami University from 1996 to 2000. Following this, Nehal pursued an MBA at Emory University's Goizueta Business School, specializing in Finance and Leadership, from 2004 to 2006.
