Trang C. has more than 20 years of experience in human resources. Trang is currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Director, Supply Chain at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling from October 2018 to January 2022. Before joining Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, they held various HR leadership roles at Amerit Fleet Solutions, Comcast, Penske Truck Leasing, Penske Logistics, and RR Donnelley. Throughout their career, Trang C. has demonstrated expertise in talent management, employee relations, labor relations, training, compliance, and organizational development. Trang has also successfully obtained grants for training reimbursement and played a key role in contract negotiations.

Trang C. completed their Doctor of Law - JD from Purdue Global from 2021 to 2025. Trang obtained a Masters degree in Adult and Organizational Development from Temple University in 2001-2005. Trang also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania earned in 1993-1997. Trang C. has additional certifications, including the Purdue Global Law School - Distinguished Scholar and General Law Micro-credential obtained in 2023, and Concord Law - Distinguished Scholar obtained in 2022. Trang also holds Professional in Human Resources - California® (PHRca®) certification from HRCI and Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) certification from HRCI, both obtained in August 2020. Trang C. also has SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification obtained in August 2015, Professional in Human Resources - California® (PHRca®) certification obtained in August 2011, and Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) certification obtained in August 2005.
