Amy Nichols is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and service management. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Sales Operations at Reyes Holdings since February 2012, Amy is responsible for the overall Go to Market sales strategy, managing the Inside Sales Call Center, B2B Ecommerce, and Emarketing strategies, while supporting over 100,000 licensed retailers. Prior roles include Vice President of Sales Operations and Director of Inside Sales at Reyes, and various management positions at DeVry Inc., Pepsi Beverages Company, Dexter Magnetic Technologies, Allied Telesis, 3Com, and U.S. Robotics, where Amy consistently demonstrated expertise in team management, process development, and operational efficiency. Amy holds educational qualifications from the University of Illinois Chicago and Oakton College.
