Charles Morse, MBA, FMP, currently serves as a Planning Commission representative for the City of Medina, Minnesota, where responsibilities include reviewing and assessing development proposals. Additionally, a 13-year tenure at Target encompassed various leadership roles in project management and construction for new and remodeled stores across North America.
