Gil Magnelli

Gil Magnelli, RA, LEED AP, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at Reyes Holdings, leading strategic initiatives in Planning, Design, Construction, and maintenance of real estate facilities across various business divisions. Previously, Gil worked for OKW Architects for two decades, where expertise in architectural and interior design established a strong reputation for client service and technical excellence. Gil co-owned and managed property rentals at GCM Enterprises while gaining foundational experience as an Intern Architect and AutoCAD Manager at Biondi + Munson Architects. Early career roles included management at Bloomingdales. Gil holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois Chicago and has further qualifications in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design.
