Steffi Allison Villa

Steffi Allison Villa has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. In 2013, they began working at the Philippine Navy - Center for Naval Leadership and Excellence, where they held various positions including Chief Defense Researcher, Strategy Development, Alignment and Review Head, and Balanced Scorecard and Initiative Management Head. Steffi Allison'sresponsibilities involved spearheading initiatives, managing organizational development strategies, and implementing trailblazing programs. Steffi Allison played a key role in the Navy's successful bid for the Palladium Hall of Fame Award and the institutionalization under the PGS. In 2019, Villa joined Reyes Tacandong & Co. Strategic Processes, Inc. as a Manager, where they established standard operating procedures, managed workshops and consultancy projects, and developed marketing materials. Steffi Allison later became the Senior Manager and Head of Strategy and Operations, providing strategy consulting and training services. Villa also worked as an Associate Consultant at Decision Processes International, a partner company of RT&Co. Strategic Processes, Inc.

Steffi Allison Villa completed their Bachelor of Science in Development Communication from the University of the Philippines Los Baños in 2012. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Community Development at the University of the Philippines Diliman, which they are expected to complete in 2023. In 2017, they obtained certification as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner from TrainStation Philippines. Steffi Allison also holds a Civil Service Eligibility, obtained from the Civil Service Commission.
