Arnold began his financial career in the accounting team of Club Mediterranée SA (Club Med), first in France and then in Tunisia. In 2000 he moved into the fund's industry when he joined Brown Brothers Harriman in Luxembourg, after which he held various roles at both EIM, a hedge fund specialist, and Optimal Investments Services, a wealth management entity of Banco Santander in Switzerland. In 2010, Arnold joined Alyat Asset Management, an independent asset management company based in Geneva as a partner and where he held the roles of Chief Operating Officer, Board Member, and member of the Investment Committee. He subsequently joined REYL Singapore in 2015 as Head of Fund Management, where he was tasked with developing and supervising all in-house funds activities. In addition, he was responsible for asset allocation, a member of the Investment Committee and oversaw all matters relating to reporting, operations and regulations. Arnold was appointed Chief Executive Officer of REYL Singapore in 2023.
