François Reyl

Francois Reyl has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Reyl & Cie since June 2002, leveraging extensive experience in the financial sector. Prior to this role, Francois held the position of Managing Director at Credit Suisse from January 1995 to March 2002, focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions, Leveraged Finance, and Private Equity. Francois began a career in law as an Associate at Jones Day from September 1989 to October 1994, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions. Academically, Francois Reyl earned a Master of Laws (MCJ) in Comparative Law from New York University and acquired a JD and Master of Laws (LLM) in Tax Law/Taxation from the University of Geneva, following completion of Maturité with a focus on Latin at Collège Calvin.
