Kathleen Dupont

Kathleen Dupont is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources management across multiple countries. Currently serving as the CHRO at Reynaers Aluminium since December 2022, Kathleen previously held the position of HR Director at Agidens from September 2015 to December 2022, where responsibility included the HR strategy for five countries and a team of HR specialists dedicated to creating a supportive work environment. Prior to this, Kathleen held various leadership roles in USG Professionals Belgium from April 2004 to May 2015, and began their career in account management at Expectra and Randstad Holding. Kathleen holds a degree in Industrial Engineering in Electromechanics from the University of Antwerp and completed education in Mathematics and Sciences at the Instituut Onze-Lieve-Vrouw.
