Alden Smith

Alden Smith serves as the Managing Counsel - Corporate at Reynolds American, Inc. since December 2016, with responsibilities including corporate governance, contracts, corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. Prior to this role, Alden held positions as Senior Counsel - Corporate at Premier, Inc. overseeing complex corporate and securities transactions, and as Corporate Counsel focusing on governance and SEC reporting. Alden began a legal career as an Associate in Corporate & Securities Law at Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice LLP, advising companies on various corporate legal matters.
