Anita Fields possesses extensive experience in marketing compliance and consumer relations, currently serving as the Director of Marketing Compliance & Consumer Relations at Reynolds American Inc. since October 2018. Prior to this role, Fields spent over two decades at American Express, where key positions included Senior Manager of Consumer Marketing and various roles in partner management and customer service operations.
