Craig Darden

Craig Darden is a seasoned professional in digital business solutions and business management, currently serving as Senior Director of RGM Digital Business Solutions at Reynolds American Inc. since September 2023. Previously, Darden held the position of Director of Digital Business Solutions at BAT for 15 years, where responsibilities included leading a team of over 60 individuals to enhance customer experience. Earlier experiences include Senior Manager roles in Business Solutions at RJ Reynolds and Trade Marketing Applications at Brown & Williamson Tobacco, where Darden drove high-impact initiatives such as a $36 million CRM project. Darden's career began at Westinghouse Electric as a Senior Electrical Engineer, complemented by a Master’s degree in Management from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
