Jillian Briggs has diverse experience in the fields of human resources, project management, and claims adjusting. Currently serving as Lead Manager of People, Culture, & Inclusion at Reynolds American Inc., Jillian previously held positions as a Material Damage Claims Adjuster at National General Insurance. Jillian is a dedicated professional with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Appalachian State University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Applied Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University.
