Justin Gage

Justin Gage, PE, currently serves as Senior Director of the Secondary Manufacturing Department at Reynolds American Inc., where responsibilities include leading engineering teams in the commercialization of innovative products. With a progressive career at Reynolds American, Gage held multiple titles, including Director of Engineering and Director of Manufacturing Maintenance, showcasing expertise in maintenance strategy and next-generation product production. Gage's extensive experience in product development is highlighted by the authorship of several patents and collaboration with R&D to enhance manufacturing processes. Additionally, Gage has taught engineering courses as an Adjunct Instructor at Wake Forest University and has a solid academic foundation, holding an MBA from Wake Forest University and advanced degrees in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University and North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Prior roles include bookkeeping at Food Lion and performing as an artist with Onward to Olympas.
