Kathy Dail

Kathy Dail is a highly experienced professional in quality assurance and scientific affairs, currently serving as a Senior Scientist in Scientific and Regulatory Affairs at Reynolds American, Inc. since January 2019, and also as a Senior Scientist at Cambrex High Point and PharmaCore since 2015. Previous roles include Senior R&D Quality Engineer at Lorillard Tobacco Company, where responsibilities included conducting compliance audits and implementing a new electronic quality management system, and Outsourcing Manager at Targacept, Inc., coordinating preclinical research projects. Kathy's career also includes positions as a Quality Assurance Auditor and Customer Quality Assurance Engineer, with a foundational role as a Biology Instructor for over a decade. Kathy holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Biology Education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
