Pamela Parker

Pam Parker, MBA, serves as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Reynolds American Inc. since February 2022. Previously, Pam held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Charter Communications from October 2013 to February 2022, focusing on client support and employee relations while collaborating on HR strategies across multiple locations. Pam's earlier experiences include roles as Human Resources Manager at Medical Facilities of America and various positions at PepsiCo from 2000 to 2012, including Human Resources Coordinator and Kronos Analyst. Pam holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Strayer University and a BS in Community & Justice Studies from Guilford College.
