Ricardo Guardo

Ricardo Guardo has extensive work experience in finance and strategy roles. Ricardo is currently the SVP Strategy & Planning at Reynolds American Inc., where they lead the long-term forecasting, performance management, and business intelligence functions. Prior to this, they were the Head of Commercial Finance at Reynolds American Inc.

Before joining Reynolds American Inc., Guardo held various finance positions at British American Tobacco. Ricardo served as the Finance Director of British American Tobacco (Malaysia) Berhad in Malaysia and was a member of the board of directors. Ricardo also held the role of Head of Finance in Romania, where they played a key role in driving impressive growth across the business. Additionally, they were a Regional Finance Manager and the Head of Finance in Taiwan, where they significantly improved financial results.
