Carl Grinter

Carl Grinter has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Carl started their career in 2001 as a Production Supervisor at AK Steel Corporation and then moved on to Alcoa in 2003, where they held the positions of Metallurgical Engineer and Production Area Coordinator. In 2007, they joined ArcelorMittal as a Senior Quality Engineer, where they worked for eight years. In 2015, Carl joined Reynolds Consumer Products as a Senior Quality Manager, and later took on the role of Senior Director in Environmental Health & Safety. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President in the same department.
