Heather Mikos-Block

Heather Mikos-Block, MBA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounts payable and real estate. Currently serving as Senior Accounts Payable Manager at Reynolds Consumer Products since November 2019, Heather oversees a team of 11 associates in managing accounts payable, vendor maintenance, and disbursements. In addition, Heather has been a Real Estate Broker with Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices Starck Real Estate-Elgin since December 2018, prioritizing clients' needs with a commitment to professionalism. Previously, Heather held various managerial roles at Sears Holdings Corporation and Old World Industries, leading initiatives in policy development, budget forecasting, and team management. Heather holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago.
