Kerri Clemons

Kerri Clemons is an experienced professional currently serving as the Member Concierge and Guest Services Supervisor at Reynolds Lake Oconee since November 2020, where responsibilities include managing homeowner accounts, leading a team, resolving guest grievances, and ensuring client satisfaction in the Short Term Rental Program. Previously, Kerri held roles at Bulloch Academy School as an intern, assisting with event planning and grant applications, and at The University Store as a Customer Service Associate, handling customer transactions and complaints. Kerri also gained experience as a Concierge at Harbor at Harmony Crossing and as a Hostess at da Corrado Ristorante, with a foundational education consisting of a Bachelor’s of Science in Public Relations from Georgia Southern University and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Georgia Military College.
