Scott Hoersten

Scott Hoersten is an accomplished Community Development and Sales Executive with extensive experience in planning and development, currently serving at Reynolds Plantation since 2003. Hoersten's responsibilities include land acquisition evaluation, physical and financial analysis, and the planning of various residential and amenity projects, while managing up to 10 direct reports and overseeing significant annual development budgets.
