Chris Badali, CPA, CA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 2003, Chris worked as an Associate at RSM Richter, where they planned and executed audits and review engagements for a range of clients. Chris then joined Veracap M&A International Inc. / Campbell Valuation Partners Limited as a Director, where they applied their valuation knowledge to prepare fairness opinions and contribute to reports. Chris later worked as an Account Executive at Robert Half Management Resources, generating significant gross profit and successfully placing interim CFOs. From 2013 to 2014, they served as a Partner at ZSA Canada, developing business strategies and consulting with clients.

In 2014, Chris joined Bay Street Communications as a Consultant, where they developed messaging and marketing materials for initial public offerings. Chris then worked as a Startup Consultant for a virtual reality company and a cannabis startup, providing guidance on fundraising and investor relations.
