Heidi Schmuker

Heidi Schmuker has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Heidi started their career in 2014 as a Merchandise Hostess at Walt Disney World. In 2016, they joined the Council for Educational Travel, USA (CETUSA) and worked as an IT Support Specialist and later as a Study Abroad Program Manager. In 2021, Heidi joined Rezdy as a Customer Care Specialist and later transitioned to the role of Technical Integrations Specialist in September 2022.

Heidi Schmuker obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Communications with a focus on Film, Video, Media Studies, and Japanese Studies from Western Michigan University. Heidi attended the university from 2009 to 2014. In 2012 to 2013, Heidi also participated in a Japanese Language Program at Keio University. In 2021, they obtained a Certificate in Digital Marketing from Michigan State University.

In addition to their formal education, Heidi has acquired several certifications. In September 2017, they completed the Sitecore® Context Marketing Fundamentals and Sitecore® Web Experience Management courses offered by Sitecore. Heidi also undertook the Disney College & International Program Internship in May 2015 through The Walt Disney Company. Additionally, Heidi obtained certifications in Google Analytics for Beginners from Google Analytics Academy in January 2021 and Inbound Marketing from the HubSpot Academy in August 2020.
