Kayla Dawson has a diverse work experience in the travel industry. Kayla started their career in 2012 with The Travel Corporation as a Reservations Sales Agent for AAT Kings until 2013. Afterwards, they joined Hoot Holidays as a Reservations Sales Agent from 2013 to 2014. Kayla then returned to The Travel Corporation and worked for Contiki Holidays, starting as a Reservations Sales Agent in 2014. Kayla later became a Direct Sales Executive from 2014 to 2018 and then a Sales Performance Leader from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they joined Rezdy as an Inside Sales Representative and was promoted to Senior Inside Sales Representative in February 2020. At both Rezdy and Contiki Holidays, their roles as an Inside Sales Representative involved sales and customer service responsibilities.
Kayla Dawson attended Ultimo College in 2012, where they obtained a Certificate 3 in Tourism Retail Sales.
