Kim Paech began their work experience in 2009 as a Retail Trainee at Camera House. In 2010, they joined Apple as an Inventory Specialist and later moved on to roles such as Business Specialist, AppleCare Advisor, Quality Insights Specialist, and Rotational Team Manager. Kim Paech's most recent position was as a Senior AppleCare Advisor, where they worked from 2017 until 2022. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Customer Care Specialist at Rezdy, starting in July 2022.
Kim Paech began their education in 2019 at Wodonga TAFE, where they pursued a Diploma in Human Resources. Kim completed their studies in this field in 2020. In 2021, Kim attended VAST Fitness Academy and obtained a Cert IV in Nutrition.
