Ghazali Shiba

Ghazali is the head of Business Process Outsourcing services at Rezgateway. As the head of this unit he is responsible for the productive utilization of divisional resources, attracting the right talent, deliver as per the service level agreements and manage client relationships.

Ghazali has been closely involved in developing Rezgateway’s BPO services across many global customers operating in different time zones.

Ghazali has over 10 years of experience in BPO, Hospitality, Railway and Tea industries. He pursued his higher studies in Chartered Accountancy at BPP University (U.K).
