Keenan D. Williams

Keenan D. Williams is the Co-Founder and President at REZI. Prior to REZI, Keenan was with Auction.com from December 2013 to April 2015 where they built and led the Mid-Atlantic Sales Division for their institutional investor platform for NYC-based CRE auctions. From January 2013 to December 2013, Keenan was with Torchlight Investors as a Loan Origination and Acquisitions Associate placing Senior / Mezzanine Debt, Preferred / JV Equity on all CRE asset classes and acquiring Sub and Non-Performing Loan pools. Keenan's first foray into the world of finance was with CBRE from September 2010 to January 2013 as a Financial Analyst in their Debt & Equity Finance Group where they were a DUS lender for GSE loans- Fannie, Freddie and Ginnie Mae, as well as structured Interest Rate Swaps, and Forwards. Prior to CBRE, Keenan spent summers at Barclays Capital as a Summer Analyst in Credit Sales (June 2008 to August 2008), JPMorgan Chase as a Summer Analyst in FX Sales / Equity Sales (June 2007 to August 2007), and Northern Trust as a Summer Analyst in Fixed Income Sales (May 2006 to September 2006).

Keenan Williams attended Florida A&M University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance. Keenan also holds a Certificate in Real Estate Finance & Investment from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate and a Certification of Real Estate Finance & Investments from the NYU School of Professional Studies.

Keenan D. Williams works with Keita De Souza - General Counsel, Doug McCurdy - Head of Corporate and Real Estate Operations, and Kevin Porter - Chief of Staff. Their manager is Sean Mitchell, Co-Founder & CEO.
