Leo Hsu, MD, MBA, MDiv, FACEP, FAEMS has a diverse work experience in various medical and administrative roles. Dr. Hsu's earlier work experience includes their roles at Progress West Hospital, where they worked as an Attending Physician in the Emergency Department starting from July 2007. Leo also served as the Stroke Medical Director from April 2014 to April 2017 and as the Medical Director of the Emergency Department from May 2012 to January 2017.

With their extensive background and experience, Dr. Leo Hsu has made significant contributions in emergency medicine, EMS leadership, and healthcare administration throughout their career.

Leo Hsu has an extensive education history. Leo began their undergraduate studies at Stanford University in 1994 and graduated in 1998 with a BAS degree in Biology and Economics. Following this, they attended the Saint Louis University School of Medicine from 1998 to 2003, earning their MD degree in Medicine. Leo then pursued a residency in Emergency Medicine at Washington University in St. Louis, completing the program from 2003 to 2007.

In addition to their medical training, Leo also pursued theological studies at Covenant Theological Seminary from 2007 to 2011, obtaining their MDiv degree. To further broaden their educational background, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Southeast Missouri State University from 2015 to 2017. Their educational journey showcases their dedication to both medicine, theology, and healthcare administration.
