Shlomi Boutnaru

Shlomi Boutnaru has extensive experience in the tech industry. Shlomi began their career as the CTO and Founder of CyActive, a company which was later acquired by PayPal, in 2013. In 2015, they took on the role of Chief Technologist, Cyber Security at PayPal, while also working as a Lecturer at Ben Gurion University of the Negev. In 2018, they were appointed CTO at Rezilion. Most recently, in 2021, they joined YL Ventures as an Insider in their exclusive program for select, leading Israeli entrepreneurs and experts.

Shlomi Boutnaru holds a Master's Degree in Education & Cyber Security from Tel Aviv University. Shlomi also holds certifications in Windows Internals, obtained in April 2020, and Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), obtained in November 2006.
