Tyesha Smith

Tyesha Smith has held various accounting roles since 2010. From 2010 to 2017, they held the role of Accounts Payable Analyst at Newell Brands and Cox Automotive Inc. During their time at Cox Automotive Inc., they were responsible for training the field on AP processes, writing SOPs, and implementing new accounting systems. Tyesha then took on the role of AP Disbursement Specialist (Long-term Contract) at Axiall, a Westlake Company, where they worked closely with the purchasing department and maintained vendor accounts. In 2017, Smith began working at Atrium Hospitality as a Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist, where they were responsible for training low-level employees, managing four accounts payable email boxes, and conducting weekly hotel AP check runs. Most recently, they have been working as a Senior Associate at Resilience since 2021, where they are responsible for reviewing and approving transactions in ERP, processing and tracking rent statements, providing mentoring and professional development to the team, and monitoring AP team’s progress and productivity. Smith is currently employed at Rezolut as an Accounting Specialist.
