Loredie Lugos has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Loredie began their career as a Surgical Nurse at Age Defy Dermatology and Wellness, where they coordinated and conducted pre, peri, and post-operative client care. Loredie then worked at the Minimally Invasive Therapies Group (Covidien) as a Clinical Technical Specialist, providing clinical and technical support for various medical devices. Loredie also held the role of Quality Assurance Analyst at Covidien, where they managed the analysis of product complaints and initiated corrective and preventative actions.

In 2004, they transitioned to the role of Senior Clinical Research Associate/Specialist at the Minimally Invasive Therapies Group, conducting site evaluation and selection, as well as monitoring visits. Loredie later joined Clinimetrics as a Clinical Operations Lead, responsible for overseeing study operations.

Loredie joined Diablo Clinical Research as a Nurse Research Coordinator (Per Diem), conducting pharmaceutical and medical device clinical research studies. Loredie then took on the role of Senior Clinical Research Associate/Trial Manager at FibroGen, where they managed the operations of an Interstitial Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF) program.

At Genentech, Loredie served as a Senior Clinical Trial Leader, providing strategic direction and leadership to cross-functional teams throughout all study phases. Loredie managed budgets, built effective teams, developed relationships with stakeholders, and oversaw the protocol feasibility process.

Currently, Loredie is employed at Rezolute, Inc. as the Associate Director of Clinical Operations. Loredie recently transitioned from the role of Director of Clinical Operations, where they had overall responsibility for clinical operations.

Throughout their career, Loredie has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills, ensuring the successful execution of clinical trials.

Loredie Lugos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from San Francisco State University. Loredie also has a Master of Science degree in Clinical Research and Organizational Management from Drexel University School of Biomedical Engineering, Science and Health Systems. In addition, they are a Registered Nurse certified by the California Board of Registered Nursing.
