Bahadır Konu has worked in the software engineering field since 2005. Bahadır'swork experience includes roles at Bizitek as a Software Engineer, Netron as a Software Engineer, Orsada as a Software Specialist, Commerzbank AG as a Software Specialist, Innflow AG as a Software Engineer, SoftTech A.Ş. as a Software Analyst, and Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University as a Software Engineer. Most recently, they have been working at Accenture as an Application Development Associate Manager and Team Lead since 2019. Bahadır is currently employed as a Development Team Lead at Rezolve Limited since 2022.

Bahadır Konu attended Çanakkale Fen Lisesi from 1998 to 2001. Bahadır then obtained a BS in Mathematics Engineering from Yıldız Technical University from 2001 to 2006. In 2014, they obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering from Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: an Accenture Certified Technology Architect from Accenture in February 2020, and an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2020.
