Eric Arter, AIA, LEED AP, is an accomplished architect with extensive experience in the mixed-use sector. Currently serving as Senior Executive - Director of Retail and Mixed-Use at Reztark Design Studio since January 2022, Eric has previously held significant leadership positions, including Vice President at NELSON Worldwide and FRCH Design Worldwide, where responsibilities encompassed national practice leadership and studio direction in multiple major cities. Eric began the architectural journey at the University of Cincinnati, earning a Bachelor of Architecture degree, and has cultivated a diverse skill set that includes design, visualization, and project management.

Reztark is a full-service architecture and design studio with an expertise in master planning, architecture, interior design, branding, graphic design, and industrial design. REZTARK listens, translates, and applies, creating relevant, meaningful solutions. We currently hold architectural licenses in 47 states; and have worked internationally in China and Hong Kong, Thailand, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, Singapore, Korea, Italy, France, Brazil, Canada, and Mexico. Reztark strives to incorporate innovative materials, systems, and building techniques to increase the efficiency, function, and productive life of buildings. We maintain LEED professionals accredited by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) on staff to help educate clients on the use of sustainable design principles and to design in accordance with the standards set forth by the council. The firm is also a member of the U.S. Green Building Council.
