Benjamin Greenhough

Head of Sports Research at Rezzil

Benjamin Greenhough has worked in the sports industry since 2015. Benjamin began their career as an Intern Strength and Conditioning Coach at Bradford Bulls in 2015. In 2016, they moved to Blackpool Football Club as Head of Academy Sport Science. In 2017, they joined Charlton Morris as a Business Consultant. In 2019, they accepted a position as Assistant Sports Scientist at Hull City and currently holds the role of Head of Sports Research at Rezzil since 2021.

Benjamin Greenhough began their education in 2011 when they enrolled at the University of Central Lancashire, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Strength and Conditioning in 2014. Benjamin then attended The University of Edinburgh, where they earned a Master's degree in Strength and Conditioning in 2015. Currently, they are enrolled at the University of Hull, where they are pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Sports and Exercise.
