Elizabeth Manzi

Elizabeth Manzi has a diverse and extensive work experience in the financial services industry. Elizabeth currently holds the position of CFO/COO at RF Investment Partners since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at PEF Services LLC where they served as COO from October 2010 to January 2022. At PEF, they had various responsibilities including overseeing general partner and limited partner fund administration services, advising clients on technical accounting questions and fund operations, and participating in the evaluation and implementation of accounting systems.

Before joining PEF Services LLC, Elizabeth worked as the CFO and CCO at Washington Corner Capital Management, L.P. from November 2007 to July 2009. Elizabeth was responsible for overseeing fund administration, auditors, and tax preparers, as well as managing SEC compliance and reporting.

Elizabeth also served as the President of AWSCPA-NJ, where they played a key role in establishing the New Jersey Affiliate of the organization and growing its membership. Elizabeth held this position from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, they have prior experience as VP of Quality Control and Training at Citi and VP of Client Services at BISYS, both in the years 2005 to 2007.

Earlier in their career, Elizabeth worked at Rothstein Kass, where they started as a staff person and worked their way up to Principal. Elizabeth served as Principal from 1993 to 2004 and provided accounting, administration, and tax services to various financial service clients. Elizabeth also performed audits, reviews, and compilations in accordance with US accounting principles and prepared tax returns.

Elizabeth's work experience also includes a role as Controller at MACED-Mountain Association for Community Economic Development from July 1998 to August 1999. In this role, they prepared financial statements, supervised accounts payable and receivable, prepared budgets, and oversaw audits and tax preparations.

Throughout their career, Elizabeth has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on fund administration, financial reporting, and compliance. Elizabeth has worked with a wide range of clients, including private equity and hedge funds, and has experience in different investment strategies and structures.

Elizabeth Manzi attended Seton Hall University from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Elizabeth also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs-Office of Consumer Protection.
