Carole Nayir

Carole Nayir is an experienced professional in consulting and project management with a strong focus on implementing software solutions. Currently serving as the Manager of Consulting Services at RF-SMART, a division of ICS since April 2021, Carole oversees RF-SMART implementations for Oracle Cloud. Prior experience includes serving as Engagement Manager and Project Manager at Capgemini from June 2007 to January 2015, where responsibilities included deploying JD Edwards for Michelin, implementing BI Cognos, and managing support teams for various applications. Additionally, Carole worked at Avon Products from January 1980 to February 2007, where a significant role involved implementing JD Edwards across multiple countries and establishing the Financial Shared Service center in Poland. Carole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Jules Uhry University.
